One question, the trinket that you get from the champion's hall for hunter's to be able to withstand fear from Warlocks and all, is there anyway you can use this outside of the Battlegrounds? I mean like dueling outside out in Goldshire or anywhere for that matter.

The Insignia of the Alliance is what I think you're talking about and it does any affect that makes you lose control of your character and I think slows for all classes now. It can be used anywhere, but it has a cooldown.
